ARTIST'S STATEMENT
"I am sensitive to everything in life; people, leaves, color, wind, a spider's web, and through this emotion comes my visual language, my art." K.Haynes
In my body of work for The Toronto Artist's Project I examine the theme of isolation by surrounding my objects with space and juxtaposing nature with human elements.
I feel that as we "progress" we destroy the very earth that supports us and will continue with this psychological idea within my work.
